In 2020, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.denverpost.com\/2020\/06\/02\/agc-biologics-jobs-astrazeneca-boulder\/\">the company announced it had acquired AstraZeneca\u2019s 300,000-square-foot facility<\/a> in Boulder to revive manufacturing there.<\/p>\n<p>The Colorado Economic Development Commission approved a Job Growth Incentive Tax Credit potentially worth $6.4 million and a Strategic Fund incentive of $75,000. Boulder provided a local match of $75,000.
