Just a bit remains of Denver7\u2019s former building.<\/p>\n

The structure at the corner of Speer Boulevard and Lincoln Street in central Denver is being demolished by Property Markets Group, the developer that bought the property<\/a> from the television station\u2019s parent company in 2021.<\/p>\n

PMG plans to build an apartment complex at the site.<\/p>\n

The company said in late August that it was about to start demolition.<\/p>\n

Denver7, an ABC affiliate with the call sign KMGH, began operating in the five-story octagonal office building at the corner of Speer and Lincoln in 1969. It relocated to 2323 Delgany St. in RiNo last year.<\/p>\n
