Sixth Ave.<\/p>\n<p>The store\u2019s utensils, kitchenware, furniture and other equipment \u2014 no actual cheese \u2014 are being auctioned by local firm Dickensheet &amp; Associates. Rob and Karin Lawler, the owners before that, were the longest tenured at 12 years.
