The 16-building community, situated on a 12.2-acre site, was sold by Phoenix-based developer Evergreen Devco Inc.
Regional managing director Dave Martin and senior vice president Brian Mooney of Northmarq’s Denver office negotiated the sale on behalf of Evergreen.
“The sale of Outlook Table Mesa marks a proud milestone for Evergreen and our Clear Creek Crossing mixed-use project,” said Tyler Carlson, Evergreen Devco’s Managing Principal & CEO.
“Outlook Table Mesa is our second residential community in Clear Creek and an important part of our live, work, play, public-private partnership with the City of Wheat Ridge.“

Situated within Clear Creek Crossing at 4051 Clear Creek Dr., the apartment community opened last year and offers a variety of pet-friendly one- and two-bedroom floorplans, ranging from more than 640 to over 1,200 square feet, according to their website.
